Neoboffin Designs is a one-man band run by me, Steven Sullivan. I have been designing and developing for over 9 years and I am passionate about every project completed.

Self-taught in all areas of web development, I felt it was time to offer services to create outstanding W3C compliant designs and add that little bit of interactivity by developing web scripts to enhance the return rate of visitors.

Satisfaction does not come from completing the project on time; it comes from seeing the end result used by users. Being able to use a project developed by me, means it's a personal success.
